Keolis Gascogne

A family-owned business with a history dating back over 100 years…

The history of Keolis Gascogne dates back to 1920, the year the SERA Group and SERAG (Société d’Exploitation de Réseau Automobile de Guyenne et Gascogne) were founded. Initially specialized in railway transport, the company began developing regular road services in 1937, becoming a key player in mobility in the Southwest.

In 2001, the SERA Group joined the Keolis Group. The SERAG company officially changed its name in 2008, becoming Keolis Gascogne. With a century of history and strong roots in the Landes and Lot-et-Garonne, it continues today its commitment alongside local regions and authorities by offering high-performance, sustainable, and locally tailored transport solutions.

    Gender equality in the workplace:

Keolis Gascogne is supported by the Keolis Group in developing a strong culture that promotes gender equality in the workplace.

Since 2019, all companies with more than 250 employees — and since 2020, all those with more than 50 employees — have been required to publish, every year on March 1st, an index scored out of 100 points. This index measures the efforts put in place to promote pay equity between women and men.

This score, based on 100 points, is defined according to 5 main criteria:

    • The pay gap (fixed and variable) between women and men: 0 to 40 points
    • The gap in the distribution of individual raises: 0 to 20 points
    • The gap in the distribution of promotions: 0 to 15 points
    • The percentage of female employees receiving a raise upon returning from maternity leave: 0 to 15 points
    • Number of women and men among the 10 highest salaries: 0 to 10 points
